REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Modern Vibe Private Limited, we deal in wholesale textile products, and our policies are as follows:
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after processing has started.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Returns
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- The issue must be reported within 3–5 days of delivery.
- Proof (images/videos) is required for verification.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or bulk orders are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Replacement
- In case of valid issues, replacement may be provided instead of refund.
